Pound For Pound Challenge Update!
When I joined this morning we had pledged as a team less than 1000 lbs. Look at us now!
TOP 25 TEAMS IN AMERICA! Way to “BE ACTIVE” fitblrs!

EDIT (4:36 pm EST): Since posting this 20 minutes ago we have increased our numbers to 150 members, Ranking 17, Total Pounds Pledged 4633! 1000 more lbs of food to be donated and all it took was 20 minutes?!
EDIT (4:53 pm EST): We just crossed the 5000 lbs pledged mark!

I joined! And you all should, too! 
Because we are super close to making it to the top 10! So go! Go pledge! :D

Where do they go? Who knows… Although I did have a tub of carmex melt into oblivion in my car cupholder one time, so I suppose you could kind of say I “finished” that one…

How is this Fitblr related? … lips get chapped sometimes from running in the wind, right? And when you aren’t drinking enough water? yeah, I’ll go with that. Drink more water, lovelies! :D

(Week 1) Weigh in Wednesday With Watch Workout Results:

SW: 312
PW: 312

CW: 306.10 

What an awesome first week :) weight loss of 5.6 pounds, with a total loss of 5.6 pounds! I love this feeling. I haven’t felt this great since last year, seriously. This has 100% affected my mood. NSV also of moving up a belt notch. I also didn’t eat very well these past 3 days, so I know that I can lose more if I eat better. I’m so excited :) also only 4.10 more pounds until I can buy new shoes! I also got my watch today. It is so awesome! I love that it can tell how many calories I’ve burned, tonight I burned 1211. I worked out extra hard since it’s WIW. Guys I’m so excited for this lifestyle change :D

I haven’t done a workout update in a while! I still have been, I just haven’t been blogging about it, don’t worry. Tomorrow is my first WIW :) I’m really excited!! I feel like I should shed quite a few pounds! Today I did C25K week 3 day 2 and holy crap, week 3 is kicking my ass. I went for 25 minutes for 1.86 miles. I felt like I was going to die. I also did 30 minutes of elliptical. I let my muscles relax today, cause I’ve been working on them every day for the past week. Today is also day 10 of no fast food. I’m doing really well :)

Day Six - Do you have any disordered eating habits? How do you overcome/cope with them?

Not anymore. I guess I used to be an overeater. Sometimes I would have 4 meals a day. Since I started though, I feel like I’m eating for fuel and not because I want to. I prefer it this way. I feel like I enjoy food more, and I’ve even been eating tastier food!

Lots of good news today :)

  • I get to do my Sociology paper on the effect of Harry Potter on society
  • I still get 900 calories to eat today (still haven’t worked out yet, either!)
  • I can tell my lung capacity is increasing by walking around campus
  • I finally picked out a pair of shoes
  • Signed up to do a 5k with my mom towards the end of March
  • Start my new week of C25K
  • My room is finally clean! (before/after pictures will be put up soon, you’ll be shocked!)
